Terms of Service for TC Tails

Owned and operated by JBZ Beats Inc.

By booking services with TC Tails, you (“the client”) agree to the terms below.

1. Services

We provide dog boarding and daycare services by request or booking. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel service at our discretion.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • New clients must submit a booking request. Returning clients may book and pay directly after phone number verification.
  • Charges are shown before payment. Bookings over $1,000 may be held for manual approval.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If you need to cancel, contact us directly. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

3. Behavior & Safety

We prioritize the safety of all dogs in our care. We reserve the right to decline or cancel service if a dog shows unsafe or aggressive behavior.

In the rare event of an incident, we’ll contact you immediately and work with you to resolve it.

All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and free of contagious illness at the time of service.

4. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Drop-off and pickup must happen within the agreed time windows.
  • Early drop-offs or late pickups may incur additional fees unless arranged in advance.

5. Communication & SMS

  • By entering your phone number, you agree to receive SMS updates related to your booking.
  • These may include verification codes, reminders, or updates during your dog’s stay.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from non-essential texts. Critical messages (e.g., login codes) may still be sent.

6. Liability

We care deeply about every dog in our care and take every reasonable step to ensure their safety, health, and well-being. That said, like all environments where dogs interact, there’s always some level of risk.

By booking with TC Tails, you acknowledge that injuries, illnesses, or unexpected events can occur, and agree not to hold us liable for situations beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated. The latest version will always be available at https://tctails.com/terms.
