Cancellation & Refund Policy for TC Tails

Because we care for a limited number of dogs at a time, each reservation holds a dedicated spot. 

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to stay flexible while keeping things fair for everyone.

Refunds & Account Credits

• 14+ days before your stay
  Full refund or full account credit — whichever you prefer.
• 7–13 days before your stay
  Full account credit, or a refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
• Within 7 days of your stay
  Full account credit toward a future booking.

Credits never expire and can be used anytime.
